Basic Life Support & Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training
Conducted in association with Chamundeshwari Medical College for third-semester B.Sc students. Highly successful with full cooperation from management and participants.
First Aid in Emergencies — Training & Awareness
Components included CPR, snake bite, sting bite, poisoning, fracture management and bandaging. Pre- and post-tests were conducted to evaluate knowledge gain.
Adolescent Health Education for Girls
Awareness on menstrual hygiene, personal hygiene, prevention of sexual abuse, effects of early marriage and pregnancy, and the importance of optimal HB levels and diet.
Cardiac Arrest & CPR Awareness Session
Covered meaning, causes, signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest, immediate management, and hands-on CPR training emphasising location, depth, rate, and recoiling.
Health Awareness for School Students
Topics covered: personal hygiene, effects of mobile usage, dietary habits, oral health, importance of rest and sleep. Concluded with a civic & health-maintenance oath.
Health Assessment Training Programme
Two-day, nine-session programme covering standardized & simulated patient approaches and hands-on assessment of various body systems.
